KEY DUTIES OF A FRANCHISEE OWNER:
- Business Development and Networking.
- Management of minimum of 25 conveyances per month.
- Effectively utilising the systems and processes provided.
- Ensuring efficient turnaround and always meeting deadlines.
- Ensuring strong representation of the brand and always act ethically.
- Ensuring excellent communication with clients throughout the process and also with key stakeholders such as real estate agents and banks.
- Communicate to clients in their language – no ‘legal speak’.
- Personalise/tailor service to clients to meet their individual requirements.
- Reporting efficiently and accurately to the Franchisors.
- Developing relationships and communicating with colleagues and industry partners within the network.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Strong Experience in Conveyancing – ideally 5 years’ minimum experience, however we will consider less than 5 years as long as you have strong skills in Conveyancing with a proven aptitude. There will be Competency testing to ensure this.

TRAINING and SUPPORT:
- 1 week in office + 3 months of shadowing provided on the field.
- Trainer (with 30 years’ experience) always contactable.
- Training includes a Business/Life Coach, training in systems and processes, including quoting and training in the full end to end process.
- Social Media and Facebook set-up.
- Professional Photography session provided.
- Local Area Marketing Kit provided with a personal marketing package including brochures and pens.
- Initially provided with 3 warm leads per week to help establish business.

- Most conveyancers settle an average of 40 files per month and are paid between $55-65k + super per annum. As a Franchisee owner and you settle an average of 25 files per month, you will be earning $100k + per annum.
