About the Practice

The “Kon-Tiki Medical Centre” is a dynamic, new and growing general practice. It is Doctor owned and is ultra-modern, equipped with all the latest equipment and IT services. The Centre uses Medical Director and has an Acute Treatment room, Medical Emergency attendance facility and state-of-the-art Fracture Clinic. It also has on-site pathology, imaging and pharmacy.

The Centre is located in a thriving and accessible business and health precinct. It is next door to the new Maroochydore CBD, across the road from the Sunshine Plaza and is right in the middle of one of Australia’s fastest growing regions, which boasts one of Australis’s best Coastal lifestyles. 

About the Position

• Part-time or Full-Time positions avaialble
• General Practice experience is essential
• Care Plans, Health Assessments and Pre-Employment Assessments
• Recall and reminder systems (manual and or automatic using HotDocs)
• Ordering and managing medical supplies
• Triaging patients
• Assisting general practitioners in minor procedures
• Coordinating patient care within the centre
• Proactive attitude
• Conduct clinics using medical software data
• Immunisation Certificate
• Accreditation experience advantageous
• Experience with Medical Director advantageous
